The Career Connect Program supports newcomers and vulnerable individuals by focusing on employment readiness and community integration rather than food support. It helps participants build the skills and connections needed to enter the workforce, including interview preparation, resume development, references, networking opportunities, and access to community connections. The program is designed to reduce barriers to employment and help individuals establish stable, independent lives.
